I booked at Urban Ashram through Hostelworld. I e-mailed the Host Madhusudan a change of time and he assured me he had space and gave me directions to the Hostel. When arriving in Delhi, the taxi driver called him and he said there had been a change in venue and we were taken to another venue. On arrival the host of the other venue said they also had no space and they called a taxi who dropped us at the local Grand Sarjey Hotel. I lost my 10USD booking fee and never stayed where I booked.

The family took care of us with much respect and kindness. The meals were excellent, served in a very nice dining room. They were dedicaded to help us fulfil all the desires we had during our stay. Thank you very much!
