The hostel is great the only problem is that it is located a 15min walk from the nearest metro stop. On the other hand the staff, rooms and facilities are great. Cheap breakfasts and free internet nice.

Great place with a fun staff . Some are able to help you with your Spanish 5 minutes a day! Lorales is a nice neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk away. There was some street noise that began each day around 7am. The back rooms are probably quieter than the Red Room which has the benefit of best access to the balcony. I say this neighborhood is more charming than the better known Pablado.

El lugar es muy bonito y hay muy buen clima. Esta limpio y en un barrio excelente. Recomendable! Lo que si olvidamos comentarle al administrador q hay una gotera en la cabecera de la cama del lado izquierdo, que seria bueno q repararan.

This hostel was good value for the money. Hot water in most of the showers. Workers were attentive when you asked for help. I just wish there would've been more wall plug ins with three pronged outlets, as sometimes you had to search.

Mariano, an owners, went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Medellin and recommended great places to us. The hostel arranges activities, as well, and they hooked us up with horseback riding in the mountains, paragliding, and a salsa night at a fabulous spot with live music. Mariano also prepares delicious meals upon request for a very reasonable rate. One of the best experiences we had in Colombia. Thoughtful design, clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay. For the 2 bed private room ensuite I would recomend at least a small window to allow ventilation. The place is under some reforms, so maybe this is a good oportunity. Any way, to sleep with the door partially open was not a problem. We felt safe all the time.
