I think you write on you webpage that it is including warm water or hot showers or how is it - but no! We were at the 4 floor and didn't manage to get a warm shower at all while we where there (three nights) - so don't promise it when it's not true and the hostel wasn't even full. And if you have the resources check your toilets more often - in general they were very clean until one night where some guys obvious had to much to drink - which where there half a day - not very nice (sink+toilet)

Each bed has its own locker with a plug in it...so you can have your computer locked in safely while it is recharging..huge plus...okay location..about a 20 minute walk from city centre.. Kitchen is a bit small...great staff that has a quite good knowledge of the city..in general the hostel tries quite a few things to bring people together e.g. They had these events where you Can if you're a good chef cook for the hostel nd get a free night of accomodation (participants would pay a smaller fee)

One of the best hostels we stayed at in Australia things going on all the time, free city tours, whiteboard updated every day with things to do on a budget around the city and decent kitchen and showers.

Very clean hostel, everything is brand new, probably the best kitchen ever. You can get a jug of beer for 8 bucks on happy hour at the bar. If you have a car you'll have to pay $10 to park in the hostel car park. Macko's is just across the road if you need internet. Good value.

Ideal location, close to the city. Power points in the lockers are ideal but they are the only ones in the room so can't charge your phone right next to you in bed. Loud speakers in every room which make announcements which is annoying. Staff really helpful and friendly. Hard to make friends easily as seems very cliquey with those that have stayed long term. Cleaners everywhere, esp in kitchen so spotless most of the time. Not much atmosphere though.

I would recommend Urban Central to everyone! The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. There are regular free activities and lots of delicious cheap meals to sign up for. The rooms are clean, tidy and secure as are the bathrooms. Free breakfast as well as pasta and rice are sooo helpful for those on a budget. Love this place!!!

This IS a party hostel! I only stayed here because of it's close proximity to the train station where I could get a shuttle bus to the airport early in the morning. I didn't get any sleep because of partiers coming in and hot and making a lot of noise throughout the early hours.

is it possible to provide the free wifi in the hostel? Because it is very inconvenience for the new travelers who just come from the other countries.

Beds were terrible and the place was awfully cold. Most hostels along my East coast travels offered free wifi for the price charged - it's also 2013, people travel and expect free or affordable wifi access. Overall, very mediocre and average experience with a textbook definition of a 'hostel factory'.

Many services available but not very motivating - impersonal / cold / too professional staff Way too expensive internet - it should be free!! Smelly and messy room and noisy doors Great Boot Camp with Charlie!! Great kitchen!! Great and clean toilets!! Nice study room! Vast library

Reception staff 10/10.....always helpful and smiling! Bit more effort needed on the cleaning side, i.e. tell cleaning staff to get right under beds when hoovering...
