The girl on desk was very rude and have a sharp tounge, dont know how to treat their customers right, she has a bad attitude towards her customer. Very rude!

Apart from its value for money and strategic location (very near to aljunied mrt) this hostel actually has nothing much to shout about. There was a kind of bad stench in the bathroom and overall the hostel was relatively narrow and very old.

There were bed bugs in my bed. Without a doubt. Enough said. The "24 hour reception" isn't 24 hours - we were asked to text on arrival (even after advising them of our arrival time and the on-time running of our flight). The receptionist then accused us of being late (we weren't) and was generally unfriendly and rude. There was a man living in our room. His belongings and groceries were spread throughout the room and he was very much at home, farting and snoring etc. etc.
