Very nice, clean and quiet. Counter not stuffed around the clock, but when the English-speaking lady was there she was very helpful, taking her time to give detailed directions and recommendations. A little expensive, but I will come back.

Urban House has a very modern, clean, unique atmosphere (cute decorations!). The staff (especially English speaking) was extremely helpful. The hostel has working air conditioner and clean rooms, and provides a complimentary simple breakfast of toast and yogurt. There are no elevators, only stairs. The front door opens by key card access and the rooms by physical key. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest SkyTrain station and the Silom Complex (restaurants and mall).

A nice quiet and comfortable place to stay in Bangkok. The standard room was a decent size and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple with tea/coffee, juice, yogurt, toast, butter, jam and oranges. The lady at reception was efficient and pleasant offering advice if required. We had a good stay. They are however a tad expensive considering the price of hotels in Bangkok.

Staff was great, set up a taxi for us for an early airport transfer and even made us a little breakfast kit to take with us since we would miss breakfast! Taxi driver took 1 hour to find the place, so I suggest bringing a small map or directions to this hotel. It did the trick for a quick overnight stay.
