Urban House is a nice and modern hostel located in the city center of San Sebastian. The rooms and the bathroom are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's a perfect hostel and it's worth the money!

I didn't like the atmosphere especally the staff. They were more interested in themselves and also that the kitchen and commun room closes at 10 is very bad. The bathrooms where quite dirty and i didn't see someone to clean them during the days i stayed there. I saw many hostels and i 'm not sensible, but this hostel i really didn't like!!

We went there in a little bit quiet time but it was good as I was sick, but I really would like to see that place in the summer. The staff and people we met were nice. Common area was cozy with computers, TV and good kitchen.

Excellent location, relaxed staff, homely kitchen. Be careful which shower you choose (warm, the one with the leaking hose or one of the cold ones). Beds are wobbly, but with good matrasses. The place could do with some paint.

One of the best hostels I've ever been to. My private room was in a restored flat in the middle of the old town, with a full kitchen, clean bathrooms, heating, WiFi. I spent there only one day, but seems like the kind of place were you would feel really comfortable for a long stay. I absolutely recommend.

Good hostel, very friendly staff, the 10 and 12-bed dormitories are really nice with a beautiful view on the plaza, but I wouldn't recommand the 6-bed dorm (GIP floor) which is in dark room which seems much older than the others.

Cleanliness of bathrooms should probably be attended to more frequently.
