Urban Oasis is a perfect choice for you if you are seeking calm and intimate surroundings in the middle of this bustling metropolis. You can share your experience of New York with new friends, and helpful, friendly hosts will help you make the most of your time and provide you with a wealth of information about the City.
In our unique loft-style setup we offer private rooms and shared facilities. Our rooms are spacious by New York City standards and have huge loft-style windows looking onto the Empire State Building or the historic buildings of 5th Avenue and 31st Street. However, if you are on a tight budget, and do not care about size and view, we also offer smaller rooms with lesser or no views for a cheaper rate. All rooms are with shared bathrooms.
Taxes are not included in the rates shown. NYC taxes are 14.75% hotel tax and $3.50/room/night occupancy fee.
Room types
Superior double:
Spacious room with king-size (198 x 203 cm) bed and huge loft-style window looking onto the historic buildings of 31st Street/5th Avenue.
Superior twin:
Spacious room with huge loft-style window and view to the Empire State Building. Two separate single beds.
Deluxe double:
Medium size room with large window, king size (198 x 203 cm) bed, flat screen TV. View to 31st Street /5th Avenue or 31st Street/backside.
Standard double:
Small but cute and bright room with full size (137 x 190 cm) bed. Good choice if you don't care about size and want to save a couple of bucks. Because of the bed size, it is best for singles or couples.
Basic double:
This room is dark (interior windows – no view), which is reflected in the price. It features a full size (137 x 190 cm) bed and a remote control air condition/fan for air circulation. Good choice if you don't plan to stay too much in your room, want to save a lot on accommodation but want a clean and nice space. Because of the bed size, it is best for singles or couples.
Please note that we cannot accept kids below the age of 16 at all. Guests checking in with kids under the age of 16 will be cancelled on arrival, and late cancellation fees will apply. Guests between the age of 16 and 18 can stay with us only if accompanied by an adult guardian during their stay.
Valid photo ID is required upon check-in.
Urban Oasis was designed with young adults in mind and is recommended for guests between the ages of 18 and 55. Our facilities are not suitable for guests under 16 and over 60 years of age.
In order to maintain a quiet atmosphere, we do not accept bookings from groups of more than four persons, even if rooms are reserved separately.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 7 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Please note: While we stay open all-year-round, we do not accept check-ins on Dec 24, 25, 31 and Jan 1. Reservations cannot start on these dates. Taxes are not included in the rates shown. An additional 14.75% New York City hotel tax and a $3.50/room/night occupancy fee will be added to your balance to be paid on arrival. Please make sure you choose the room type you want. All arrivals will need to provide arrival time. Luggage drop-off: from 9:00 AM Check-in: 2:00 PM-11:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM. As we do not have a traditional 24-hour front desk, as well as out of courtesy to our other guests, we ask that all check-ins occur before 11:00 PM. No check-ins after 11:00 PM, no exceptions. Customers that have an evening flight should reserve with us at their own risk. (Late cancellation fee of 1 night’s charge will still apply if guest is not able to reach us by 11:00pm) Note: it takes at least 2 hours to get to Midtown Manhattan from the airports counting from the time of landing. Cancellation policy: For cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival, there will be no additional charge. Cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a late cancellation fee equal to the full rate (including taxes) of the first 3 nights of the reservation. In case of a no-show or cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled arrival, the full balance of the stay (including taxes) will be charged. Deposits are non-refundable. There is a five-night minimum stay unless otherwise noted. Cancellation of single nights less than the minimum will not be allowed. The whole booking, however, may be cancelled as a whole.
