Check-in after hours was kind of annoying but all worked out.

Very simple B&B (without Breakfast though), in a fastastic position, between Termini station and the Colosseum! There was an issue (temporary I guess) with the ISP so Wifi was not available; there are two bathrooms shared by three bedrooms so, honestly, I didn't find a huge difference between this accomodation and an ensuite room! The bedroom and the toilet were clean, no remarks. The place is very silent too. I recommend it, definitely worth the price!

I really really liked the location, clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Close to metro (1 block) and walking distance to major sites. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside the wifi only works if you are in the kitchen and no computer :(

This is an apartment with 4 rooms and shared bathroom/kitchen, but when we were there no one else was staying so we had the whole place which was nice for a cheap price! The kitchen facilities are limited and the sink leaked everywhere at one point, but it was fixed no problem. Monti is a cool place to stay with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. The check in process was a little complicated but staff were very helpful. We stayed for a week and it was great!

This place is such good value for money! The room was pristinely clean, and it was really fun feeling like we were living in a Rome apartment building. Agosto gave us fabulous tips for walking routes throughout the city, this was my third time in Rome and he definitely offered ideas I'd never thought of. Would highly recommend for anyone who doesn't need the social aspect of a regular hostel. A+++

Good location near to Colosseo, nice staff explaing us how to go around and everything. The room is bright and clean. However the heating system is not working but you have air condition working instead which might be not very comfort for some people. We pay just a little. We have everything clean and we even have wifi, so we really cannot complain much for this price.
