We stayed in a dorm. To light the toilet you had to put the keycard in a keycardholder near the door and then sometimes all other lights went on too. Complicated.

The staff was very helpful, caring and nice. The price was excellent and I felt I got much more than my money's worth at Urbany. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

It was okay. It was cheap and we got what we paid for. Sevilla is an amazing city so we didn't spend much time in the hostel. The best way to describe it is "eh". Certainly not the worst but not at all the best.

A pretty good hostel with decent staff and facilities. The place is a little outdated but is a good value for money and in a really great area of town. The rooms have lockers that open with your room key which I really appreciated and I felt my things were safe there. Also not the most social place I've stayed at, but there is a common area with access to wifi and a small kitchen for cooking your own meals.

Terrible experiencia. El recepcionista fue muy grocero. Además de que no hay ningún tipo de control en que lxs huespedes no accedan a las habitaciones en estados deplorables y molesten a lxs demás personas. (con sus conversaciones, actos sexuales, etc.)

As it was during Semana Santa, the prices are quite steep for a hostel. A very small dining area for breakfast. Otherwise, a good hostel.

We had problems getting into the room, there was an issue with the lock that they knew about for quite some time but nobody fixed it apparently. There were also problems with the reservation cause of the incompetence of an employee

The hostel is clean and well located but the staff is very bad, rude and not helpfull at all. I had some problems that they could help me if they wanted but they pretend that they were not listening to me.. very very disapointing. And there is no "hostel atmosphere".. that one that you look for when you stay at a hostel.

Due to the lack of communication and rudeness of the staff half of the day was ruined. We booked a room in hostel two days in advance, unfortunately some kind of mistake appeared, and there was discrepancy between the price I was suppose to pay through hostelword and the one hostel expected to get (hostel asked to pay x4 times more). I did not receive ANY information about changes before arrival, my friends and i were treated badly, rudely, the receptionist laughed/shouted in our faces, etc.

I took night bus from Lisbon and arrived Seville early next morning, and have to wait till the hostel opened 8am. The living room is not big with 2 old laptops available. The dorm room is just acceptable with a little mess, and I changed my lower bunk to upper since the lower one is almost attached on the floor. But the staff were quite helpful with all local information, and recommended a wonderful Flamingo show.

staff can speak english fluently and they are kind. rooms are very new and also secure. u should access to your room with your room card. breakfast was not so good but it is a good atmosphere at breakfast time even if you can't find a place to sit. location is good. you can go everywhere if you can walk 15 min. we can recommend this place.
