The staff ws fantastic! I had a knee injury and couldn't climb the stairs to breakfast, so they brought it down for me and helped me with my bags. And you can't get much closer to the train and bus stations...the location is very good!

I had a pleasant stay at Urkmez hotel. It has an ideal location - right in the center of the city, 1 min walk from the train station and 5 min walk from the bus station. The owners of the hotel - Juju and Jimmy - were extremely helpful, friendly and hospitable. They have two types of rooms - standard and deluxe. The standard rooms are very simple. The room I had in Istanbul was only slightly more expensive than my room at Urkmez hotel but was a lot better furnished and provided excellent service

Nice little hotel very near the Selcuk train station and bus stand. The staff were very polite and helpful if asked anything. Nominal charge for tour arrangements and they help pair you with other guests to share the costs. Since they speak good English, it would be really great if they talk to you for sometime once you check-in, understand how many days you are there and what are your interests and arrange something for you without you going and explicitly asking them. Some hostels do this.

During my trip through Turkey I visited 8 cities and stayed at 6 hotels. The city of Selcuk (close to Ephesus excavations and other historic sites) and Urkmez Hotel were definitely the best places.

How fantastic!!! Juju and his family were very very kind. It's perpect to organise planning trip in selcuk. We are big group (11 members). They jntroduced good driver and rent car, so we easily could go Mary's House and Efes, Siringe village. They helped us to buy night bus ticket for Istanbul. The breakfast in the roof garden was beautiful. Next month, I have another trip in selcuk. Of course I would stay Urkmez Hotel again. I really miss Juju and his family.

We really loved our stay here. Felt very comfortable, great breakfast and would highly recommend eating the barbeque if you have the chance - it's a feast. Great staff too. Thankyou!
