After got a booking confirmation from hotelworld I sent an email to confirm my arriving time as instructed. 2 hours later I got a rather blunt reply saying that the place is full and that they got another place for me which was no where near where we want to be! I then send and email saying that their alternative is not what we paid for and ask if they could refund our deposit. And the answer was "crazy!" The next day I went to have a look at the place but there is no sign of it being a hostel !

I travel a lot and I never have had chance to stay in apartment that have better location than this one and for this amount of money! It is located in main pedestrian street Vaci. I`m absolutely sure this is the best value for the money! I genuinely have no remarks on my apartment or staff. Every recommendation!
