A very friendly staff, Carolina and the women that helped cleaning the rooms, excellent guests

This place may not be the most comfortable hotel on the island. But in term of valuse of money, it is the best hotel for just around $20 per night. Stuffs there are so helpful. We had Sunday night bbq together, as request. I love the atmosphere where people from different place share the moment or story together. There is no breakfast, but they serve you the coffee and tea. They also provide you the kitten. If I have a chance to go to Easter Island again, I will stay in the lovely hotel again.

My friends and I had a great time at the hostel. Nothing to complain about. The staff was great and helpful.

Very good value for money. The location and is excellent, next to the main street and many of the shops. The negative point is that the Internet was not working 90% of the time.

Clean, great location. I had my own room which was big, and shared a bathroom with three other guests. Carolina the manager and Johanna the owner are wonderful resources for information about what to do on the island. I felt safe, and didn't want to leave. I stayed for 8 days, and if I ever go back, I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Vaianny was great. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, and make themselves available to help in any way you may need. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and although there was a problem with the hot water in my room, I was very pleased with my stay there. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Vaianny guest house very much. Carolina was wonderful. She picked us up at the airport, showed us around town, and made reservations for our tours. It is a great location, walking distance to everything. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The only thing negative I can say is that there was no soap to wash your hands with. We were only there a few days and left our luggage in Santiago, so we had to buy soap, otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Great location,very helpful staff,you can buy tours there and they also have cars to rent. Highly recommend it!

A very goog place to stay

Very nice hostel in the centre of the city. Close to the things you need. Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Free pickup and dropoff from and to the airport.

Can recommend this hostel. Very nice breakfast. Spacy rooms (2-bed-female). Only 1 shower/toilet for all dorms - might be tricky if full house. Can recommend the organized tour - very good guide who gives a lot of information about history & culture!
