Beautiful views, staff is friendly, great location. It is a really weird time to close the kitchen. I would like to make it close between 3-5. During the morning the washroom is quite busy, I like that it is clean and they provide a floor towel to prevent too mcuh water gathering on the floor. I like that they provided indoor slippers to keep the inside free of dirt and water in the hostel. It reminds me of going to a cottage.

Great hostel. We stayed in a private double room with shared bathroom. There were 4 rooms on our floor and one kitchen and bathroom between us. Easy access to the train station, supermarket, restaurants, and walking distance to the Trummelbach Waterfalls. The price was a little high compared to other parts of Europe but that's to be expected in Switzerland. Breakfast wasn't included. Only downside was that one of the windows in our room didn't have a curtain, so was a bit bright in the morning.

Really awesome hostel! Amazing view from room - literally staring at Staubbach Falls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen and bathroom areas were very clean! Good individual showers and privacy. Atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, but also went in May so likely gets busier in the season. Would 100% stay here again, no complaints. Thank you!

Best part of our trip. Gondola from town to Gimmelwald put us in an area with great trails all to ourselves. Restaurant near RV park had good Italian food, good prices, & little store next to the restaurant supplied us with food to cook at hostel No lounge at this hostel so you will need to sit in dining room.

Best hostel in Lauterburnnen. Excellent and clean room, kitchen and toliet. The view is perfect. Staff are very nice to guest. Absolutely value for money and impressive to the guest who firstly arrive this place.

Room is clean and comfortable, kitchen as well. Location is good, nice view from room. The staffs are great. My wife's money left in room when we check out was informed by hotel staff immediately and return to us. We so appreciate on what they have helping us.

VERY clean, very good hostel, the showers and bathrooms are a lot, and downstairs, so you won't have any problem with the waking up people thing when you take a shower, or waiting for other people to finish taking a bath. The atmosphere is beautiful and the location can not be better. Very comfy and really cool. Staff very helpful!!!!

I like almost every thing in this hostel especially the take-off shoes thing, feel so clean with people walking around without shoes, also the kitchen is big, fully with every thing needed for cooking. The only thing I do not like here is the heater. It seems to be very low and not make the room warm enough during night.

The best hotel from our Swiss Xmas Trip. We had a room in the renovated building. Everything was modern and appealing to us. We had a room with a view to the main fall and the mountains, beautiful! They are extremely clean and we love that about the hotel. We arrive for New Years Eve and eventhough everything was close in the town (they close the places very early) the hotel offered refreshment whih help us celebrate the New Year!! And from our room we saw all the fireworks, it was lovely!!!

We loved our brief stay at the Valley Hostel, the setting is beautiful, our room was clean and ready and the staff was ready and willing to assist. Lauterbrunnen is a must see for anyone visiting Switzerland.
