The staff were impossible to find because they were never in the office, and very unhelpful. They were unable to provide us with any info about the city, even with regards to public transportation or directions. The laundry machines were out of order, there was only 1 computer for all of the guests to use, and we had to walk several blocks just to find a phone to use. Pretty bad place! Washing machine wasn't working, Internet wasn't working. Kitchen is a nightmare. The room was totally dirty when we arrived. The Shower has no door and therefore the bathroom is flooded all the time. Staff is useless and unfriendly! Pretty bad place! Washing machine wasn't working, Internet wasn't working. really bad hostel. we didn\'t get free breakfast, although they told us that we would get one. Looks nice, if you are 30 meters ins front. No real organisation. Rooms seem never have been cleaned. Toilets dirty and without paper. Would never stay their again.
