The staff were pretty non repsonsive and offered little welcome or information. They gave a cold reception to us when we arrived. The rooms were nice and clean, but there is no living area to relax in, only the kitchen.The staff were pretty non repsonsive and offered little welcome or information. Great location in the old town however it is also extremely noisy so if you are a light sleeper, request a room at the back (I was advised that due to building regulations they can\'t re-do the windows). Bathrooms/hallway on second floor had a bad smell which thankfully didn\'t come into the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.
