I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, however the breakfast was a disappointment. There was not enough food and there was a dead roach under the table.
I got extremely sick in Ismir but the staff at this hotel took good care of me! Big thankyou
Decent value for money paid. Hot water didn't work and staff didn't or wouldn't fix burnt out lightbulb. Everything else was Okay. Room was cramped, but you're only paying forty lirab per night. Close to Çankaya Metro station.

Single person room is like a prison cell, there are no windows, room smell like humid and mold due to leakage on ceiling.
room cleanliness should be improved.

Situated in front of the main road of the bazar, near all the tourist attractions, is a good hotel with kind and helpful staff. Singles rooms are small but quiet, cleaned and with everything you need. Breakfast buffet is good and tipycally turkish, but it could be better with coffee. I found some problems with the wireless.
A very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money. Improvements: more tourist information. Books about Izmir in reception. Details of Metro, buses etc. Sink plug!
Our room and bathroom were not cleaned well at all. The room was tiny. The hotel did not live up to its pictures. However, the offered a buffet style breakfast, which is good if you are on a budget. For what we payed, we expected a lot more.
Had a fine stay, no major complaints. The room was smaller than expected and the shower did not get hot. However, the AC/heating worked well, bed was large, staff was very helpful and friendly, and a decent free breakfast. Suitable enough location near the Agora in walking distance from Basmane station and the Konak pier.
The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, but I did not like the ants on it so much. The rooms on the ground floor have private bath but no windows. The hotel description should mention this.
The staff were very helpful and the hotel had great character!
The main bad point was that the room had no window, thus it was smelling musty, the air was unhealty and humid. Otherwise nice people, good location close to the bazar.
Great place for the money!!. If you want the Four Seasons, pay for the Four Seasons and don't complain about this hotel. However, if you want something modest, clean, and well located (walking distance to Konak pier), stay at this hotel. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Airport and Ephesus 'shuttle' is pretty effective and it will allow you to see everything you want around the area and get in and out quickly.
Shower leaked, bathroom handle was broken, sheets and beds were uncomfortable and I'm fairly certain I and my friends were propositioned by a prostitute in the lobby. I had been sharing a room with a friend and when she left I cancelled my reservation to switch to a single room.
Hotel was ok. Wireless internet in the room only worked in one corner of the room. Also, when we asked about a shuttle service to the airport, we were told it was 40 TL, but on the day they tried to charge us 160 TL. Some of the staff creeped us out.
i stayed with 3 other girls and still got creeped out by the place...i never wanted to ask for directions and i am pretty sure that there was a prostitute that constinatly bothered us whenever we came into the building leading us to hide in our room unless we were using the internet or eating breakfest
cold shower, very small room(at least the one they put me in)
Nıce hostel. Stuff were friendly and helpful. Only thing to complain about: bath was under water everytime one uses the shower.
there are no windows in some rooms so it is a bit humid. otherwise, the hotel is good and located 15min walk from seaside and district with restaurants and pubs. It is a good base camp to explore the Izmir region.
Clean, comfortable rooms, and good value for the price. Reasonable turquish breakfast. The bathroom was very small, and the water flowed out trough the courtain so the floor was always wet when we had a shower. Don't ask the staff about restaurants, because they will send you to the next door rest and they'll charge you lots of money for few food. Did not like this. You can eat very chep in Izmir, and there you pay twice because staff guet comision.
