My stay a Venezia Homestay was exceptional! The staff here is very kind and is more than willing to assist you with any problems you might encounter throughout your stay. They were more than accommodating to my constant change in plans and truly just wanted me to feel comfortable at their homestay. The hostel is quite quiet in the off-season though. Other than that it is good value for money- basic but clean. I would definitely recommend staying here during your stay in Yogya.

Great place to stay! Lovely staff that made me feel right at home. They were very helpful with tours andactivities. O felt safe and well tended to Musial room only had two beds and no one else came that night so I got it all to myself. The location is near restaurants and bars but still nice and quiet.

Gotta love Venezia Homestay! I felt home when I was here. Only, there's no hot shower when you stay at the dorm room. But it's okay, it's hot in Jogjakarta anyways. Breakfast is okay, nothing special - just toast and coffee. Kudos to Rizal, the very friend staff, who drove me to Borubudur after a drunken Friday night. If you're staying here on a Friday, go with them and they'll take you to Bintang Cafe, a nice place to drink and party the night away. It's always full on Fridays.

In sweaty Jogyakarta, Venezia was perfect for coming back to to cool down, rest up and re-charge to go out again. For the price, you don't expect to walk into marble elegance such as this. It was a beautiful place, with great facilities, only a short becak ride from the town centre and accomodating staff. They just need some lockers in the dorms.

The place is ok but I did not like to go down all the time when I need to use the Toilet. also the place is a lillte bit far from the city but close from some Turists attraction. Like Palace. But if you were like me travelling alone I suggest to stay in a Hostel....more people, more fun! Paula - Brazil - March12

Best Homestay in Jogja! The staff here were very nice, and in fact even on days that we were not staying with them they let us keep our bags overnight. They were very welcoming at first, but also allowed us our space. If you are one to be social, strike up a conversation with any of the staff, and they will tell you about the history of Jogja, invite you out to dinner and drinks, and show you cool places around the city. Most welcome I have ever felt traveling abroad! Thanks again guys!

Can't say this enough - Venezia Homestay is a great place to stay in Jogja. For the price, location and perks, its mint. Its cozy, clean, well kept, free wifi too. Easily accessible, plenty transportation nearby, the staff can help you out with everything else. But srsly, they don't feel like staff, they feel like friends!Big shout out to the gang: Rizal, Syifa, Duli, Ratih and Silva - u guys really made my stay an awesome experience. Srsly folks, u cant go wrong with this one

I had a perfect stay in venezian homestay. The location is close to the city and the sultan palace. The accomodation is nice because of the venezian style. Very clean and very friendly staff. Good Breakfast included in the price. Want to come again!

May help to have security boxes for us to lock passports and other valuables in. The hostel seems very safe, but just for piece of mind it is nice to have this option! But really we had an amazing time, thanks for looking after us so well! We will definitely be back! Thanks again and Happy New Year x
