My bathroom had an unemptied bin. My bed had sand between the sheets & other people's hair and make up stains on the pillows. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS OR CLEAN THE BATHROOMS. Single rooms end up being over $100 after tax, and they add a mandatory 'safe' charge to your bill whether you use the safe or not. Also they take a deposit from you credit card after you book that is NOT the Hostelworld 10%.
