In the heart of Venice, this delightful B&B is located in the historic palace dating back to the fifteenth century, and is only short walk from the main Venice Santa lucia train station and Piazzale Roma bus station.
The Venice-BB-Venezia was recently renovated using the principles of bio architecture , through which you will discover the experience of typical Venetian living in the true spirit of bed and breakfast.
The property is located between the Ponte delle Guglie (Spires Bridge) and the Getto vecchio (old Jewish Ghetto) near the famous Casin di Venezia (Venice's Casin). This area is full of life, located in front to a picturesque fruit market, ten minutes by walk to the Ponte di Rialto (Rialto's Bridge) and twenty minutes to Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square)
During your stay, you will enjoy free high speed wi-fi internet, air conditioning and proper italian coffee with your breakfast every morning (breakfast is included).

The property consists of two rooms:
he Superior Room has a comfortable futon mattress on a double tatami platform. There is a rattan sofa along with a 1800 circa Venice chest.
These elements come together in a natural, comfortable, relaxing setting. The room has been designed using eco-compatible materials to create a sense harmony.
Lighting lanterns and potted plants combine to create a warm and charming atmosphere.

The room features a large and elegant window integrated with an extended mirror which gives depth and luminosity
A large silkscreen on canvas By Van Gogh 'Iris' behind the bed and lush plants provide a unique and calming feel.
A leather chaise-lounge by the window is the perfect place to read and relax.

Cleaning fee 10€ not included

If cancelled up to 5 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
It is possible, on request, to add an extra bed to the double room and make it a triple room. Extra charge: Euro 35, to be paid on arrival. Please advise us if you need that.
