Breakfast was beyond my wildest dream. Huge welcome with smile. Very helpful and recommends budget friendly restaurants. Would definitely return. Gina, his dog was a fabulous hostess as well. She let my dog Nefertiny rest on her bed.

This has been one of our favourite places to stay from a 4 month trip! The room was perfect, in a great location and the breakfast was phenomenal! Alessandro, our host was lovely, funny and very communicative. He provided great recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try(we tried them all, and they were all great). Thanks again for making our stay so memorial Allesandro, we will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Highly recommended!

5 Days in Venice was made even better by this little B&B. Alessandro is a great host and we felt very welcome in his home. Located near to the train and bus station is a plus point and being in a slightly more relaxed area of Venice was exactly what we wanted. Would most definitely come back and recommend this place to friends.

Excellent location where is not far from train station and easy to access to any places. Lovely hospitality. Fresh breakfast was made by the BB host daily made us feel like home. Also he provided us good recommendations on where to find good foods and tourists spots which helped us a lots on experiencing the charm of venezia. Facilities was common but clean. We had a lovely stay. Alessandro opened his home to us. The breakfasts were amazing. You could have sweet or savoury. Yummy fresh cakes or smoked salmon brushetta and croque monsieur, and also fresh bread, fruit, nuts dried fruit, an Italian easter sweet Foccaccia, biscuits, chocolates and yogurts and other goodies! The beds were really comfortable, luxury bedding. great homely decor, cards for restaurants and excellent recommnedations.

I can totally recommend this hostel. Alessandro is a nice host (and Gina is lovely, too). He recommended the right places to go to if you want to eat very good meat, fish, pizza and pasta in venice. The breakfast is way better than what we originally expected and did not leave us hungry at all. We were not used to such luxury in other hostels. The shared bathroom has been clean and tidy at all times. Stay at this hostel if you want to go to Venice. You won't be dissapointed at all.

Allesandro was a wonderful, personable host, serving a sumptuous and artistically presented breakfast feast. He even treated us to homemade tiramisu!! He made us feel like we had a home in Venice! His recommendation for dinner was top notch and one of the highlights of our stay.

We had a marvelous stay at Alessandros place in February. He gave us a lot of recommendations for places to eat and drink, prepared us a very good breakfast and was very helpful in general. Room was very nice and located within walking distance of the train station.
