The staff is relly nice! The house is very good, but the warm water is always a problem because it last to arrive. It doesn't have washing machine to clotes and also any other facilities like coffee, snaks or water machines.

We had a great time staying the night at Venice Garden. The managers, Chris and Tommy, couldn't have been more welcoming! Not only did they make a free pasta dinner for everyone to enjoy but also about 10 liters of some of the best sangria we've ever had. They were happy to tell my three friends and I about the cool spots to visit in Venice as well as take us out for a fun night. As for the actual hostel, the location couldn't be better and the sleeping areas are very clean and inviting.

Chris and Craig (the guys running the place) are awesome! they cooked us dinner and played cards with us, and even took us out to the pub's area. that said, the hotel is all but impossible to find on your own, better call when you get off the train and ask for one of the staff to meet you at main square, believe me. further more, our room's key didn't work, and there was no safe place in the room to put our valuables, also the internet didn't work on the first day, and then only at the kitchen

I loved the location and the view, right on the garden. Not in one of the more claustrophobic parts of Venice. Chris was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is very small which means it's quiet and you can sleep well. It was also very warm which is important in Venice in autumn and winter.

The staff are superb and friendly. It's easily the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in. The place is relaxed, comfortable and modern, free wifi throughout the property. It was as good as a hostel can be.

This is the second time this year I have stayed at Venice Garden. I really love the place. It's in a perfect location, VERY clean, great staff, big room and generally just great vibration. I will definitely be back!
