Was very happy with reception. It's right in middle of town very nice place. A bit hard to find. You should take you time getting there. But very happy to have stayed there.

Offer soap even for sale!

If you want to stay right in Venice itself and not on the mainland this hostel is overall a good deal with all the necessities included and satisfactory. However, be warned that while on a map it isn't far from San Marco Square, it is difficult to get to and the surrounding streets are quite deserted at night. I wouldn't recommend if you are a female traveling alone because of this. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, so I would suggest bringing a pair of earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Staff was very friendly giving maps and showing a nice restaurant around

If you have no GPS, it is quite impossible to find it. Recommend you call the hostel when you arrive the store Clark. One room for tax is 3 euro per day. Everything is Venice is more expensive than other Italian cities. Do plan your trip ahead to save money and time.

The place was very difficult to find from the train station and seemed in not a good area but after getting to know Venice it wasn't far from things. A nice quiet area, staff were lovely and helpful. Very clean and felt safe and secure. Would go back there.

Good location. Found it easily by following the directions from Rialto bridge. The room was spartan but large. Everything including bathrooms were really clean. Fast internet connection, there where only two other guests + me staying in the hostel at the time though, might be different with more people there. Only downside was the breakfast, you are better off buying your own as it wasn't very filling.

Very good hostel! Best value for money.

The place was very nice, and the location, while hard to find, was right in Venice.

Not bad considering it's within Venice, but was greeted by a seemingly drunk staff member who forgot how much money I gave him. We were taken to another apartment upon check in, which was fine, but it was further away. Overall, still acceptable, but very rough around the edges.
