This guest house was very ideally located for people who want to visit Venice. Staff were very friendly, and the cleanliness and service was outstanding. I highly recommend Villa Crispi - I will be back again.

There is NO RECEPTION, NO ONE to welcome people any time. You have to call and wait long time until someone come to welcome and check you in. We arrived one hour late and were not allowed to get in, we need to find other hostel and lost one night. There is no one to help you any time, you have alway to call by the phone and wait for them. Staff is a little nasty and doesn't speak English. Nevertheless, the bedroom was perfect, very clean, with everything we need, but no breakfast.
