Property Information:
Venus Apartment is a comfy and light studio combining the living and sleeping area. Here, there is bid dining table where you can sit comfortable and have all your meals!
It also counts with a kitchenette. There is a small private bathroom comes with a separate shower, toilet and sink. Bed sheets, linen, blankets and towels will be supplied.
A double bed is going to provide all the comfort needed for the two guests staying in the apartment.
As an addition, a T.V.is available for all your entertainment purposes.
***Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-cleaning fee 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:
-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%
-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.
-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.
-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
