i am so happy to stay in Venus hotel, wery good stuff and the manager is young people really nice and fun. They organize good tour for me and this place is specially for backpacker with low prices and good facilities, have free internet and also pick me from the station. The room and the bathroom was good, and the the foods in the restaurant was great and cheap. i want to say thanks because i was lucky to book this hotel.i am so happy to stay in Venus hotel, wery good stuff and the manager is young people really nice and fun. Upon our arrive the staff couldn't find our reservation. Once we were placed into a different room, there was no hot water, no toilet paper, a welcome note was left in the toilet. The staff were very accomodating and attending to most items, they also pointed us in the right direction for personal items at local prices and NOT tourist. NOTE, if you are returning to Cario by train, go to ticket office first thing in the morning (8am), as there is only one train for tourist.Upon our arrive the staff couldn't find our reservation. We stayed for 3 days and the staff were great. Very accomodating, friendly and efficient. However, I did feel some pressure to book a tour with the hostel. The hostel is aslo run-down. The air conditioner broke and there were some ants/cockroaches in the room. I\'ll come back to Venus Hotel whenever I\'m in Egypt! It was incredibly warm and friendly and the staff was excellent. . Cheap, kindness, and easy to meet new people. Very comfortable hostel that feels more like a hotel! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and gave us personal recommendations on what to do and where to go and even how to get there.
