Directions to Very Nice B&B in Amsterdam West

Very nice house in a beautiful neighbourhood.
Close to the center by bike or easy with public transport, but away from the busy center and with all facilities at home and in the area, like restaurants, coffe bars, parks, etc.
Directions:
-From Schiphol Amsterdam Airport.
Trein to SLOTERDIJK Station(is another station, not central station)= 15min
From Sloterdijk Station go downstairs and take TRAM 12, only 2 stops, name of the stops is Harlemmeerweg.
Just in front of the stops is my house.
-From Amsterdam Central Station:
Bus 21, stops in Solebaystraat and walk further in the main street or road(Harlemmenweg).
Bus 21, stops one more after Solebaystraat, and take tram 12 in Admiraal de Ruijterweg only 2 stops, direction Sloterdijk station, or walking is also possible.
-From other areas in Amsterdam:
Tram 14- stop called Admiraal de Ruijterweg and 10 min walking north direction or 2 stops in tram 12.
-From Amsterdam ZUID station:
Tram nummer 12 direction (richting, in Dutch) Sloterdijk, tram stop is (halte in Dutch) Harlemeerweg. Is just 2-3 stops before arriving to Sloterdijk, nearly the end of Admiraal de Ruijterweg.
