i have never replied to your mails because stay in all the other hostels was gud some were very nice but stay at via auguata was pathetic.these people donot even have the manners to talk to guest.moreover address which they state in the website firstly it is very difficult to find ,we spent so much on the cabs to reach there and then when we reached they said our employee will take you to some other place in metro.we had to spend ourself for the metro and we had so much of luggage....which den *
