This is a place you might like if you want a quite stay. I found the grounds and general atmosphere pleasing. I have been to Vic Falls many times in the past and I will definately consider staying here again.

Vic Falls Backpackers is a great place if you are looking for a quiet stay. The accommodation is basic but comfortable, and the staff are excellent. It's a bit of a walk from the backpackers into town, but you may see elephants along the way!

A little bit out of town, but if that's what you want, then this backpacker is good.

All thing is nice but location is far from the center. it takes 20minutes by walk. Atmosphere is best!

Beautiful setting and decorated tastefully in African theme. Nice communal kitchen. Attracts a more mellow crowd than the other popular backpacker place in town. Bit of a walk from the center of town, so it would help if they could provide some sort of transportation at least a couple of times a day. Otherwise we really enjoyed staying here. The trees on the property attract all kinds of birds, so it is a bonus if you are a birdwatcher.

good hostel. Good if you're looking for a quiet place. It takes a walk to go downtown but no problem if you enjoy walking around.

It might be a good thing to take away the wall-to-wall carpets.

Victoria Falls Backpackers was all I asked for ... It's natural environment, combined with an always helpful staff and transport to/from activities and airport, made the Victoria Falls BP wonderful for me... Distance to town was plus, as I wanted bird sounds rather than the din of motors. The walks to town were sweet knowing I could get cheap taxi ride back at the rate 'Ian' advised me. Thumbs up !  Jim K
