An ideal location to enjoy Nice beaches while staying in the heart of the city ; its museums , luxury boutiques, restaurants and supermarket.

We will give you the keys to the apartment upon arrival and a free city map.

After your reservation, you will recive an e-mail with a map and directions to the apartment. We will ask you for the estimated time of arrival for a speedy check-in without delays.

Check in time is between 14:30 and 20:00
Check out is before 10:30

- To the customers who cancel less then 14 days before arrival, we will charge 50 % of the total amount.
- In case of a no show, we will charge for the full amount of the reservation.
- Payment is accepted in cash upon arrival.
