Victory hostel is situated right in the old part of Riga. Everithing is pretty close.15 min walk from bus and railway station, 10 min from city centre. We lived in rather big apartment with all necessary utensils. It can be a bit cold in winter so it's better to take some warm clothes if you come in winter. But there were extra blankets for that case.
