It was a nice enough hotel, but there was only 1 free hour of wifi per device per day which sucked. The bathrooms were nice. We had 2 private rooms, and one of them had flies everywhere. The location was decent - about a 10 minute walk from the train station (Mestre).

The location is good, near the metro station. It takes 15 min to the main island by bus. The room is big and clean. For Chinese travelers, good news is they have 2 Chinese tv channels (CCTV4 and fenghuang). It is definitely a great hotel!

The staff didn't feel like they wanted to be there, though they were helpful in providing directions. The hotel seemed to be mostly populated by asians that lived there working in the restaurant below. It was a nice enough room though a '4 bed' room was actually 2 doubles. Very close to the rail station to get into downtown venice though!

Good location with excellent staff who were willing to help with everything! Breakfast was really delicious!
