This hotel had a great location from the train station, that was really convinient for going to the main city. The staff were really helpfull and nice. The only thing that was horrible was the smell of the 2nd elevator. Also that as it didn't say at the instructions till what hour you can cancel your staying they charge me one hole night that I still think is unfair. My cancekation was 24 hours earlier to my arrival and they told me it was 24 hours but before 11 am.
Make the wifi free throughout the whole time? One hour of wifi and having to pay afterwards is too stingy. Breakfast is too simple and the toaster is not working well. The coffee machine is quite bad too, looks like its not been washed since the first use.

Great room (got a double twin), great breakfast, and although outside of Venice a little, most reasonably priced hostels are and just a train ride in. Good stay overall, and wifi in the lobby only. Would stay there again
Breakfast was perfect , location is good , staff is helpful , so I'd stay there again . There are shops around the hotel as well .
This hotel was clean and comfy. It is a short walk from teain station. The only down side to this hotel is we stayed when it was a heat way in june. The room says it has air con but the coolest air it blew out was 10degrees. This was too hot to sleep. The breakfast was average
Elderly people and people with disabilities should be very careful of this place- the shower is just a spout in the wall of the bathroom with a curtain and plastic grate that slips on the tile. While we were there the elevators stopped working but the staff made no effort to alert the guests. Also, the housekeeping repeatedly came to our door at 7-8am. Overall an average expirence but not suited for people with limited mobility.
Would definitely stay hear again. The value for money was excellent, and breakfast was great. Only real complaint was that the wifi was only for one hour and it was super slow because everyone was using it. Super frustrating! But other than that it was all good as long as you don't mind taking the train in to Vienna central. We had a Eurail pass so we didn't mind at all, actually kind of preferred it.
