Villa Anka is situated in a beatiful and very popular part of Split outskirts called Visoka on the way out of the city. It is surounded by lush vegetation vith lots of flowers and a grassed access dominated by a pond and a fountain.

A spacious terrace in the left corner of the courtyard shadowed by green vine leaves and grapes all the summer around and funished with beautiful garden sets provide its guests every comfort and refeshement in hot summer days. Tranquility of the place is completely undisturbed because the roads are far away. Two garages are at the disposal of guests.

The house has three flors, two being intended for guests. Each floor has a kiktchen, bathroom and toilet (tub and shower), two bedrooms to the north and two spacious bedrooms to the south with a balcony exposed to the sun. The house has a capacity of 20 beds covering the area of abt. 180 sq.m. Villa ANKA is distant only 2 km from center of city. The beach is at l,5 km distant from villa.
