The magnificent manor house which dates from the 19th Century was completely renovated and tastefully enlarged in 2004.It has been converted into a design country house with many lovely details in decoration. Combines elegance and modern interiors with the historical architectural style and its wonderful location. Situated on the outskirts of Luz with a beautiful view over the Bay of Praia da Luz the stately home overlooks a 5 ha property planted with a mature tree population, orange trees, biological market gardening, it's own spring, a small pond and wide panoramic lawns.
The interiors, whose light colors create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, playing perfectly with the straight lines of the furniture. In some rooms, the wall between bathroom and bedroom is glass - which, besides being highly original, creates a sense of space.

15 individually decorated rooms (25sqm to 35sqm) with first class comfort and modern design, all with bath/WC (incl. bathrobe, hairdryer), Air-conditioning, heated floor, Sat-TV, telephone, Internet-access, Safe, Parquet flooring and balcony or terrace.
All rooms are non smoking (only allowed in the public hotel areas)
Rich late riser breakfast buffet until 11.00 h (served on the outdoor terrace, weather permitting).
