This hostel is probaly one of the cheaper ones in Luang Prabang. The room was okay, the area is quiet and near the maincenter and the entrance gave us a familary feeling. Booked Vilay online. When we got there the woman said they had no room and she hadn't checked her emails for a week, so hadn't got our booking. Took us across the road to her sister's guesthouse which was fine and charged us same price. That guesthouse (I forget the name) had good beds etc, but staff didn't speak as good English and shower was SHOCKING. There are heaps of guesthouses all in a row on a couple of streets in Luang Prabang, so it's worth looking around for a good, cheap one.Booked Vilay online.
