I wanted a reasonably-priced spot in which to pass two nights in Malaga, and it came right up to what I had hoped for.

I have traveling Europe for about 7 weeks. As we walked into Villa Alicia we were so excited because it was so adorable! The room was great! But, the receptionist was quite rude checking us in. None of the workers were very nice & the owner was EXTREMELY unpleasant. We had discussed with other people staying there how rude the workers and owner were. On our last day she started talking poorly about us for no reason in Spanish not know I was fluent in Spanish. I would not stay here.

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Alicia. It's location is great - equally close to the city centre and to the beach, easy to reach by bus and by car. The rooms were cleaned every day, very cosy and comfortable. And the staff were perfect - they were extremely helpful, to the point of calling different attractions for us and giving valuable advices that are hard to find. Definitely a great place to stay in Malaga!

Rather average. Staff were not very welcoming and were a little rude. Had the front room downstairs so was disturbed all night by people coming and going.
