We had a great stay at Villa Anna Maria. Txepo-who is the hospitable owner and also lives there- and his small team maked us feeling at home. They convey an relaxes atmosphere. Txepo was always willing to recommend on things to do/see. He took us to a great dive because he is also a diving instructor. We would recommand on this place, if you won't to stay at a "all inclusive beach/party resort". The fresh and fruity breakfast was great.

Thanks for the great stay and for the inspiration! We loved it!

It's a little bit far from the ferry, but the rooms are nice & the staff are great. I was just checking out Cozumel. It would be good if you are diving but you need your own transportation

It is a beautiful place with beautiful people. Jose Manuel was a very kind and gracious host. Everything was spotless. I liked the location because it was away from the tourist hustle and bustle. He recommended a fantastic restaurant within walking distance.

Fantastic! Clean rooms. Beautiful home (Mediterranean style). Great outdoor kitchen (fully equipped). Very warm and comfortable atmosphere. Showers are not so good. Wifi only works downstairs in the common area, but great wifi and a nice outdoor setting. This place feels more like home than a hotel. Our hosts Txepo and Oss are 2 of the nicest people you will meet and made us feel at home. Close to supermarkets & 20min walk from the port. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely hosts, wonderful breakfasts, great conversations with interesting folks with varied backgrounds.

A wonderful place, filled with genuine interest for travellers from all over the world and a passion for sharing the experience of Cozumel and Mexico. The owner has a special place for Sweden in his heart so if you are Swedish you will feel extra welcome.
