We have made our booking, paying the 6 €, and the day before the owner sent me an email explaining that he had given the room to other people because the were 5 and we are only two. I hadn´t got internet because I was travelling out of my country, so I only knew that I hadn´t the room when I made a call tho the owner the morning when I was travelling to Niza, so ,there we were, in Niza without a room.

Near a busy street, so it was a little noisy at night. Host was more than helpful and accommodations were satisfying...

Villa Aramis is situated in a quiet street, next corner from the bus and trams` stop. Staff is helpfull and welcoming. We got our key from the room and the main door - so we were free to come and go any time. We met few other people only during the breakfast time. By the way breakfast is very good with pleanty of options. As well there`s a kitchen so you can cook for yourself.

The owner, Nicolas, was very friendly and always willing to help. The atmosphere was nice and warm and we could easily communicate with the other visitors due to the design of the house, where we would eat and have conversations together. All the facilities necessary are available to you and it is kept quite clean. The location is quite good, where the tram and the bus are just 2 or 3 minutes away. I definitely recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay here, very cosy. The owners excentric taste in house pets just added to the fun. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals, great space ship shower and free breakfast (: excellent value for money!

Really loved everything, especially the cats! The only thing that would have been nice would be a bit more specific directions to get to the hostel.
