Hideous. When a hostel includes more photos of its ice cream on its profile than the actual rooms, it's a cause for concern. The room was just horrible, smelled so badly of damp, as did everything in it. Mould all over the ceilings, big gap under the cabin front door (have photos) & no hot water in our cabin, only in the main house. Exposed laser light right above one of the two beds only covered by a sheet affixed to the ceiling. We changed hostels first thing the next day, would never return.

Beautiful location just a 10-minute walk out of the main square and delicious ice cream.

Booked double room with ensuite for 2 nights, wanted somewhere relaxing after La Paz. What we got was a damp cabin, with loft bedroom and bathroom outside. This would have meant coming down ladder, outside down steps to go to bathroom during the night. The woman of the house was very nice and understanding when we did not want to stay, but her husband was very nasty and tried to maintain a ensuite was a private bathroom, even if it was outside.
