THE OWNERS WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND HOSPITABLE. THEY PROVIDED FREE TRANSFER TO THE PORT UPON ARRIVAL AT ONE IN THE MORNING AND FOR DEPARTURE IN THE AFTERNOON. WILL DEFINETY STAY THERE AGAIN. We were expecting a typical European Hostel- shared room and bathroom, one common dining room and kitchen. Instead, we got a sweet private hotel room with a bathroom, balcony, and kitchen, complete with basic pots and pans and a minifridge. And all this for 11 Euro a night! Not to mention that Kostas and Rula are THE nicest, easy-going, and hospitable people ever. Overall very happy with the place, the staff are great and really really helpful. Probably best to get a room away from the courtyard as it's very noisy at night if other guests are in the courtyard talking all night but the place is really cheap and well-run. I stayed here with my boyfriend, it was perfect for what we were looking for: a romantic break with lots of beach time, some relaxed exploration of the island, and some time in tavernas. Villa Dimitiris is just off the main road, and so is quiet. But, it was around 100m from the main area, and so the beach (with perfect grain size \"doesn\'t get everywhere\" black sand) and many many restaurants were a couple of minutes walk away.
