Staying here was great! The host, Rula, was extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms were cleaned daily; it was like staying in a hotel, except that it would only cost you the price of a hostel! Kitchen facilities (refrigerator, stove, cutlery, utensils) were in each room. The downside, however, the wifi from our rooms was weak; but you are in Santorini and shouldn't need wifi to pass the days. (One can also go to nearby restaurants or bars for free Wi-Fi)
Very good location at perissa beach with a bike rental and cheap gyros nearby. WiFi didn't connect inside the rooms, had to go outside. Absolutely clean and pick up service very good as well.
Great value for money especially compared to other places I had stayed in Greece and Turkey for the same money. Very clean and Roula is very helpful. This is more of a pension so not the best atmosphere and the common space would be closed in the evenings (aka no staff from 6-7pm til 8am) but if you are with people it is great! The breakfast was not included but at 4 euros it was lacking compared to the place I had stayed at prior and post VD. Would def stay here again!

I really appreciate the pickup services provided. It really helps especially when i was arriving the port at 1am. And the room is clean and beautiful. Really worth the price.
Wonderful time at Villas Dimitris!! First we emailed the owner ahead of time about transfer from the port late at night and her husband was there waiting for us and took us right back to the villas totally free of charge. We had our own private 3 bed villa with kitchenette that opened right onto the pool area and was about 2 blocks from the beach and atv rental shop. The water in the room is salt water but the owner gave us a giant bottle of water when we checked in! Best hostel I've stayed at!!
The service at villa dimitris was beyond expectations, the transfer was a practical service and the location is just about 3 minutes from the beach, besides, Rula was an excelent host and her recommendations about santorini were spot on, is certainly a hostel to come back
We had a wonderful time in villa dimitris! Rula was super kind and helpful. :)
The location is metres from gorgeous magical mountains, you wake up in the morning with views as if you are living in a dream! The peaceful atmosphere is incredible! The family running this hotel are so unique in their love and care towards customers ive never felt so at home in any hotel and ended up staying here over a month. Roula will always stop to see how you are and you end up feeling like family, extremely clean place, even got an upgrade to a selfcontained at no extra charge. Try it!
The staff at the Villa are very kind and helpful! The Villa is located in Perissa and it's a bus ride away from Fira.
Lovely place to stay at. It was tucked away on the other side of the island, very peaceful. There was a miscommunication though, the lady did not tell us we needed to change rooms during our stay. It was quite unpleasant being woken to an angry cleaner lady saying we had to get out. However, apart from that tiny hiccup. It was a lovely place to stay.
We had a great stay at Villa Dimitris! Rula and her husband are great hosts and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, and to recommend great ways to get to know the island. Definitely a great choice to stay here!

perfect place to stay--staying in Perissa and renting a quad to drive into Fira and Oia was the best way to do Santorini. Rooms are very clean, and Rula gave us a room with a kitchen upon our request. She also brought us cucumbers from her sons farm, which were delicious. Stay here, and rent an atv from Motos Manos (the rental place they suggest) for only $15/day to see the whole island.
Highly recommended. Very good location, close to everything including black sand beach. Owners, staff are simply outstanding. They do literally everything to make you feel at home and have an awesome vacation. Room is excellent, very clean, good AC, kitchenette, bathroom. Food is delicious. Pool is sparkling clean, nice sunbeds, umbrellas. LAst, but not least: excellent value for money. Thank you everyone!
This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful quiet and friendly atmosphere. Its close to everything in Perissa and the owners are very helpful. My only complaint is that they set a minimum on the AC unit that was very restricting and definitely not sufficient in the heat. We were hot at night and the room was slow to cool down after the day due to not being able to set the AC to high.
Rula's hostel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, the hostel was beautiful, and it was very conveniently located-just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pickup from the port was quick and efficient, and the staff at the hostel were all so helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again!
Villa Dimtitris was wonderful! My sister and I stayed here for three nights and have no complaints. After staying one night in Fira we were very happy to find this place in Perissa, where there were less tourists and the beach was in short walking distance. You can tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into maintaining the building and making the customers feel welcomed. We definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Santorini! Thank you for all your kindness and hard work.

Best hostel so far (out of the approx. 20 hostels I've been to!). Nothing to complain!
Lovely hotel to stay in, balcony was beautiful with a great view of Perissa beach. Rooms were cleaned spotless everyday, they offer shower towels, face towels and beach towels. About 3 minutes walk to the beach and 7 mins walk to a supermarket. This was probably the nicest hotel we stayed in throughout all the Greek islands, definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!
