Daniella was a very knd host. The hostel is really cool and has a nice terrace, with awesome hammocks. Great value for that price!

We had a great time here. The security was top notch with a locking main gate and locking doors everywhere you want them. The room was spacious for my wife and me. We would prefer not to share a bath room with 2 other rooms, but everything else was so good, we didn't even think about it. We both LOVED the roof top area with hammocks. When we return to Antigua, we will definitely stay here. The Value is unmatched in the area.

The kitchen and TV room could use a little more character, but the rooftop terrace was fabulous!

Nice little guesthouse, on the quiet side, good prices for the privates compared to the general offer in town, The place is very clean and the kitchen is complete and well maintained, The downside is the location , i little outside of the busiest streets. But as Antigua is a very small city, it isnt a real problem, follow the street to the north and you will find a bakery that sells various delicious and cheap breakfasts for 20/25Q in a lovely courtyard.

Great value! The woman who runs the hostel is extremely helpful and kind. The hostel is off the road down a walkway of sorts, so there is no street noise. The inside is full of plants, the roof has gorgeous views of Antigua and its volcanoes, and the facilities are big and clean. We stayed at another hostel in Antigua for 100 quetzales a night (about 50 less than this place), but you get what you pay for--loud on the street/ above a tienda location, not as clean, and not as helpful staff.

I liked the character and the location was okay. But had I known that there was a hostel or hospidaje on every side of every block and that most of them had beds available I wouldn't have paid $40 for a bed. Was comforting knowing I had something in place beforehand, however. Had I planned on staying additional nights, I would have sought around in the town. Who knows, though, I may have simply come back to your place since it was very peaceful feeling.

I very much enjoyed my stay. Danielle was extremely helpful and went out of her way on several occasions to assist me. I love the rooftop area where you can lounge on a hammock and enjoy the view. The hostel is within a gated area in a nice and quiet area so it felt pretty safe. It is also not too far a walk to the main area.

Nice hostel, good view from the roof top just outside city center (10 minutes walk from city square)

Private room was clean, albeit a box with little else but a bed and a dresser. The shared bathrooms were fine as well as the other common areas, including the kitchen and tv room. I really enjoyed the view of the city and the mountains in the background from the rooftop. Staff was helpful. Safe and secure. A bit of a walk from the central square but that was a good thing since I was there during La Semana Santa which makes Antigua pretty crowded, so it was nice to get away from the crowd

After reading other reviews we were worried that this hostel was a little out of the way. Defiantly not the case, it’s a short 10 minute walk to get to the main cathedral. The roof bar is a great addition and Juan taught us alot about his country over a few beers. Danielle was really helpful in arranging our trip to the volcano and onward transport. At the end of the street is the best bar in Antigua – Por Que No? Tiny quirky bar with fantastic food and such friendly staff

Very nice rooftop with bar! It a little bit far from center compared to other hostels, but it has a good quality/price level. We stayed only one night just because it was fully booked..

Great hostel! I'd stay again for sure. Fun terrace with hammocks up top! A little bit off the beaten path, but once we figured out directions we were fine. The bathrooms had that Guatemala charm, but everything was very nice, and the staff couldn't have been better!

Danielle the staff member that helped us out was full of great info, and she arranged a good deal for a private taxi ride for me and my friend to the airport. Our room was a large private room, the beds were comfy, everything was clean, and we met good ppl there. Unfortunately the bar is not always open every night, but it looks like a cool place to hang out and the views are beautiful from the roof!
