on arrival the room we booked wasnt available, offered a better alternative for the same price, after accepting it was increased. We repaid the deposit by accident, asked for it back and they refused, they eventually agreed but when we returned they had entered the appartment and removed so called extras, queue a lot of hand waving and awkward atmosphere. Needless to say we checked out the next day.
