Thanks, hope to do even better next time. good luck. Giacomo e Pepa.

Only the best. By staff suggestions we have seen much more, than we planned. The hotel's location is just in the middle of some most popular and not so popular but most beautiful points in Toscana. Just in the near is Piaggio factory with small museum of Vespa, which is also very beautiful, even for those, who don't care about Vespa.

Receiving comments is always nice, but these appreciations us proud and stimulate us to always do our best. Giacomo

Though we were here for a very short time, our experience was excellent. The best part is that the hosts are very good, kind, cooperative and jovial people. I think its tough to reach without a car I.e. via public transport. But if you have a car and dont mind living a bit off from the city rush, this place is a good retreat.

Very quiet house, in the middle of olive trees and vineyards, few minutes away from a wonderful village Vicopisano. Excellent place to visit Pisa, Buti and Lucca. atmosphere of calm and serenity. Simply furnished, the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is ok, but could be much nicer with fresh bread and local products. Bring your own bottles of water, tap water is not drinkable.
