Villa Hikkaduwa has private rooms all with there own ensuite including both hot & cold water, air conditioned & non air conditioned rooms, ceiling fans & free Wifi.
Come dinner time we offer a 'Fresh From Market Dinner Experience' this simply means whatever is fresh from the markets that day is turned into a delicious dinning experience. You will be notified each morning of the days catch and if you would like to dine simply let one of our staff know, it will be a set price for dinner and this will depend on the day. Room service is also available on request from our A la carte menu. Beverages are available throughout the day in the restaurant and garden.
A traditional Sri Lankan breakfast is included in the price, however for an additional cost depending on what you would like, we can cater to you're requirements.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Check in time is 2pm and Check out is 12pm, however please let us know you're requested time of check in when you make a booking as we can work around you're requirements.
Cancelation policy - we require 48 hours notice to cancel a booking or we will charge one nights accommodation.
