Ivan and his family were extremely welcoming to ensure we had everything we needed for a confortable stay. A bus station pick up was included in our price and we had wonderful views from our balcony. Facilities were immaculate and kitchen space was large. The only caution is for those who have mobility problems as there are a series of steep stairs to reach the property and nearby bus stops however that posed no problem for us!

fantastic views from our bedroom. owners are very friendly and helpful, I would recommend to friends. Excellent kithen/dining facilities - Only down side is it would not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties/asthma due to access to the property - many steps to and from the property.

Fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik! Free pick from the bus station was a lovely service. Our room had a really nice balcony over looking the city a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day sightseeing. We pretty much walked everywhere but it is a pretty steep walk back to the villa. Thanks for a great stay!

We had wonderful time staying at Villa Ivan, hosted by extremely friendly Ivan and Kate, and would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Ivan and Kate are fantastic. Lovely rooms and beautiful views.

This is a good place to stay, Ivan is super nice, its clean, has beautiful views, but it's not a hostel. Don't expect to have any social atmosphere though, and the rules are really strict. Kate was really rude to us and made us feel unwelcome. We got kicked out pretty much at check out. Inspect your room upon arrival-otherwise you may get blamed for damage as was the case with us. Personally I wouldn't stay here again, but it is great if you want a really quiet place to yourself.

Villa Ivan isn't a hostel... it's more like a incredible hotel. The hosts are very friendly and generous. The view is awesome although the sunset from the top of the city is unforgettable!
