VERY cosy, tidy room with a big balkony, which gives you the best look over the city and the coastline. Extremely hospitable owner, who put a huge effort in making our stay as pleasant as any possible. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Very close to stores, restaurants and bus stops (if you don't take the bus, it's a good 20min walk to the old town). If you go to Dubrovnik, grab this place, we can highly recommend it!

we had a very enjoyable stay at this address. There are alot of steps to get to the place and fitness is important if you want to stay here!. Ivan and Kate were very helpful and gave us lots of information on Dubrovnik and were very helpful when we needed to get to the bus station and when we needed to rent a car. We can highly recommend Villa ivan

The place is a top of hill so it was little bit hard. But Ivan is really kind and friendly so we could stay comfortable !!! If I go back there I want to stay again!! Thanks Ivan!!'
