The best hostel I've ever stayed in. "Staff" is lovely local owners who will help you with anything you need. It's a house, not a hostel, and you'll feel like you're away in your own cottage on the hill. Amazing location, people, utilities and value. I will always recommend this place.
Everything was great. Very comfortable and cozy room in a small house. The owner was very nice and gave us cake and Raki as welcome. The only problem was that we didn't have warm water in the triple room and it was winter.
We were so pleased with our stay at Villa Jezerka! Not having a car we needed somewhere close to the park and the location was perfect. The friendly owners dropped us off at Entrance 2 but it's an easy 15-20min walk via the town of Mukinje (where there's a supermarket and pizzeria) and a forest path. Our room was very comfortable and had a private bathroom, all very clean. The communal kitchen was well equipped and the welcome drink provided was a ice touch! Good wifi too. Highly recommended.
Great accomodations and an excellent staging area for our tr to Plitvice Lakes.
The place was nice and it was a lovely 30 minute walk through the town and then the woods to ge to the park. Conventient locaiton for the price. Borsu (? the owner) offered me a little apartment for the price of a single room. It was sort of a basement deal, but had windows and a kitchen and was a good deal. The bed wasn't so comfortable, though. My back injuries are not so acute so it wasn't a big deal, but if you have issues it might not work for you as you can feel the wooden slats.
