the people here were so amazing that it didnt even feel like a hotel - it was home.

The host provided us free shuttle services to and from the port, and even prepared a welcome meal for us when we first arrived. The host and her husband were both very friendly and helpful, and was of great help during our stay in Santorini.

This is by far the nicest place I have stayed in all of europe. The overall atmosphere of the staff is excellent and they are here to accomodate you and make you feel at home. If I could I would never leave the Villa Manos. I would reccomend staying at this hotel because it is a more than fair price and I have felt at home from the minute I arrived to the port. When I come back to Santorini I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Villa Manos was excellent! We stayed there for 2 nights while in Santorini. The staff, and particularly, Poppy, were very helpful, kind, and welcoming. Poppy helped us plan all our excursions, provided us with information about where to go on the island, and set us up with ATVs and transportation when necessary. They picked us up and dropped us off at the Port. which was a bonus! The pool, reception, and terrace are beautiful and the rooms were clean, well sized, and had beautiful views.

It was great stay there. The localization, staff and the pool was fantastic! Cozy and clean rooms, near the centre of thira and close to the beaches. We enjoyed so much! We'd like to return for sure! Lindo lugar! Boa localizacao, limpeza dos quartos e excelente atendimento, sem falar da vista! Altamente recomendado!

This was the best hotel I had ever stayed. The staff was extremely good and friendly. The place is just so fabulous n beautiful. I highly recommend ppl staying here.

I want to payback some money. There was some errors when I book through internet. And I tried to correct mistake but, It's impossible in the morning..I stayed alone one night and I paid 25 euro with cash at the villa..

Best Hostel stay I've ever been at, in the world most possibly. Poppy's an amazing host, offering us daily Greek traditional foods and a hospitality you cannot forget. She is the sort of person you could go to for anything! Just ask and Poppy helps - so much so we felt really bad. Extended our stay for a couple of nights because of the warm beds and excellent ensuites! Would recommend!!!

This hostel was a little out of Fira town (15-20 mins easy walk) but it was worth it for the price and the hospitality. It was close to a supermarket (halfway between Fira and the hostel) and right by a bus stop that takes you into Fira or to numerous beaches. Poppy really looks after you and my room was cleaned everyday (it was spotless).

Villa Manos, is by far, the friendliest, most welcoming group of people who made our stay in Santorini remarkable. This villa exceeded expectations in terms of hospitality and has very good value for money.

We were so impressed by villa manos, it was the cheapest place we stayed on our holiday and the best by far. The staff go out of their way to make everything easy and enjoyable for you from giving you free little snacks to rides into town, free transfers and a bottle of wine when you leave! We were very sad to have to go! There wasn't anything they could have improved on in my opinion. The place was lovely, rooms beautiful and cleaned daily, pool lovely and almost empty. Loved it!!!!

Villa manos has been easily the best place ive stayed in Europe!!! If you have an opportunity to stay there you better take it. My ferry was full and when I asked if there was a way to stay another night it was like being with family. She let us stay there and hang out.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Manos.It was our favorite hotel in Greece.The owners and the all the staff were the nicest people ever.They were happy to help us with anything (scooters, cars, excursions,kayak,donkeys,scuba diving,snorkeling...) There is a bus stop right out site to go to every area of the island.The pool is amazing and the rooms were very clean.The breakfast was so good and the value for money couldn't be better.We will be back.

It was memorable experience staying @ Villa Manos @ Santorini. I really enjoyed all my interactions with lovely family.. They were all very helpful, friendly, extremely warm & hospitable. Hotel is nicely located not very far from Fira town & also beaches in Southern Santorini; there is bus stop at stone throw' s distance from hotel. Ms. Poppy is extremely courteous.. I would definitely recommend this place for all the people looking for an affordable, centrally located & safe accommodation.

This place was awesome! Everything was great. Pretty good location, nice clean rooms, very good price. Poppy and the rest of the staff were awesome, they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and help us out., which included free port pick ups and drops offs and a bottle of wine when we left. We really recommend this place, I wouldn't stay anywhere else if (when!) I go back.

An incredibly nice hostel, really social and a great place to meet other backpackers. Fantastic service. The owner of the hostel was very friendly and helpful. The welcome and goodbye treatment (food and wine) was extraordinary .The room was excellent. I would definitely return to this hostel.

Hands down the best place I stayed in Europe. When we got there, poppy the owner gave us a free hot meal. Her husband drove us around the island for free. Just amazing. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Love you poppy!!!!
