IMPORTANT: The rate EXCLUDES breakfast, but they dont say that! Excellent location, rooms totally ok, but bathrooms all cracked up & medium-clean, hot water lasts for one person only; in one of the two bathrooms the shower head fell off. Staff courteous but distant, no visitors allowed, even for 10 minutes in bright daylight. Verdict: Try to find a hostel further up the hills!

I stayed here for 2 nights. The place looks good but I didnt feel at home. The rooms were a mess, the toilet was stuffed with toilet paper and the kitchen was full of dirty dishes. The owner was yelling to the cleaninglady and was not helpfull at all. My bus left at 9pm the last day so I did my check out at 12, but I couldnt stay there. They have a hugh living room and garden but they needed me too leave, allthough there was just one girl and space enough. I had to wait outside.

there is really a lot to complain: - we reserved a double bed room, but it was only two single beds when we arrived // we did not receive a key for the room when checking in because the lady didnt know where it is // when we arrived at the hotel for the first time there was nobody opening the door for about 10 minutes // the price for the new years eve was huge but there was no breakfast, // when we came back from the firework there was nobody there to open the door. SHIT!!

Staff were helpful if somewhat elusive. I booking a single and ended up with a twin, which was nice. However, I never actually got a key to the room so I ended up having to lock and chain my bag every time I left it. I admit I didn't keep chasing this up but it's normally something I would expect to just automatically happen. If I wasn't the only guest when I was there, I wasn't far off, which is why I have to rate the atmosphere as 'poor' - there was no actual problem though.
