Do not rent the room with a bathtub broken and very dirty. Supply hangers so customers can hang their cloths. Supply light bulb for the night lamp. Make sure to supply enough toilet paper for a few days but not one day only, supply glasses. In summary : give good service for the price customer has to pay which is overpriced.

We know that the guest will say that. Before he come to our house he has request many things more than 10 times. It looks like he never been back home to his home town. He does not know how the value is the room and the comfort...... The guest like this guest we do not like to provide any thing and give any service.
