By your stay at our place you are indirectly helping the poor school kids at the country side in Luang Prabang. The Merry Guesthouse No 1 is called after renovated in August 2008 the Villa Merry No 1. It offers a good range of services and amenities. As well as enjoying your delicious breakfast we provide breakfast from 7 to 10 AM. WIFI internet is available throughout the property. Our friendly Lao, German and English speaking staff are on hand to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. They can assist with tourist information and can arrange transfers to and from the guesthouse.

Lovely owner who was verry helpful! Good breakfast! Nice looking rooms - too bad it smelled like mold and the air in the room was damp even with fan on. It was a ok stay for one night. Mold smelling hotels/ hostels is quite common in Laos.
