The hostel was very nice and neat. A bit out of the old town, but the rooms were very sweet, and the staff was wonderful and accommodating to our time schedule. The hostel was a quick walk from the beach, as well as the bus stop to take us into town! The hostel was very nice and neat. I got upgraded from the dorm to a private room, which was fine, except that it meant that I didn't see or speak to a single person the whole time I was here. The location was fine, but it was quite a distance from both the bus station and the old town, although both were easy to get to using buses. Close to a big supermarket which was good. Nice little place, and at the last moment they organised for a 3rd person to share our room. Was a little too far away from the old town but easy to work out buses. In 2 years worth of travelling I have never walked out of a hostel. Until now! Despite being billed as 3star/60 Euros a night, the room was revolting. The floor was sticky, the bathroom full of mould, squashed mozzies/ants and \"hair\" all over the floor! I could write my name in the dirt on most of the furniture and when plugging in the lamp, I got a handful of absolute filth. Suffice to say we stayed one night and left - the receptionist didn't seem surprised one bit. Don't go there! In 2 years worth of travelling I have never walked out of a hostel. Until now! Ok place and quiet BUT the sheets like sandpaper. No breakfast is included. For the expensive price it should be! .... AND they then charge you ten Euros per night extra for the air conditioning. In summer you need this. But there is no remote to turn it on unless you pay the extra. Unbelievable. Its all a bit too greedy for the tourists money!!!Ok place and quiet BUT the sheets like sandpaper. No breakfast is included. For the expensive price it should be! ....
